The situation is deteriorating in the Punjab. Meanwhile the milk plant has also extended the hand of help with the flood affected families. Narinder Singh Shergill of Punjab Milkfed has led to 2 truck of 700 ration kits from Mohali Verka Milk Plant.
Shergill said that according to the directions of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, Milkfed had decided to supply 15,000 food kits in flood affected areas. Each kit contains sugar, flour, rice, milk, drinking water, tea leaves, Biscuits, Machice and other important items.
He said that Verka and Milkfed are always standing with Punjabis at the time of emergence and natural disasters. “Most of our farmers are attached to animal husbandry, so it is our duty to support them in this difficult clock.”
Shergill further said that Milkfed operates many animal feed units along with a farmers, and because its cooperated the organization is committed to delivering the organization. All Verka Plants will distribute ration kits to ensure constant affective families.

As a highlighting the active role of the government, Chief Minister Mann had a major vision of many affected areas and directed the departments to stay alert for rescue and relief operations.
