Punjab Government’s One Time Settlement (OTS scheme will end on August 31, 2025. Under this scheme is the last chance to pay the property tax for fine and interest. The Punjab Government was applied by the average time settlement scheme for property tax defaults to property settlement on August 15, 2025.
Let’s tell that property tax for 1.1 lakh commercial and industrial properties are still pending. Only 35,000 large and medium property owners are the outstanding of 580 crore, of which 200 million the Municipal properties are outstanding. He said that district inhabitants can play their tax online through the MSSEVA portal (MSSSSSSEVA.LGPUNJAB.gov.in). He said that owners of all properties must fill his property tax return.
