Jharkhand Job Racket: Four arrested for cheating more than 175 unemployed youth

The Jharkhand Police has busted a gang that has been fraudulent in the name of getting a job in East Singhbhum district and arrested four of its members. A police officer gave information about this on Wednesday.

The official said that 179 unemployed youth from various states came in the trap of the gang with whom these people cheated. He said that four gang members have been arrested.

He said that the victims were brought to Ghatshila subdivision from Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, West Bengal and Odisha and were accommodated in rented houses by promising employment. He informed that they also include women.

Police said that Rs 25,000 was allegedly recovered from each victim. Superintendent of Police (Country) Rishabh Garg said that fake company M / s Riya Enterprises located in Laldih Dahigoda of Ghatshila police station area has been sealed and all documents have been seized. He said that after identifying the victims, arrangements are also being made to send them back to their homes.
