Aryveer, son of former Team India batsman Virender Sehwag, shared his childhood memories related to cricket. During this time, he told how due to Delhi’s traffic, he missed to see his father batting in an IPL match. By the time he reached the stadium, Sehwag was out. Aryveer himself is also a cricketer and is currently playing in the Delhi Premier League.
The IPL franchise Delhi Capitals has shared a video of Aryveer in which he is telling the memories related to his father’s cricket days.
Referring to the earliest memory related to cricket, he said that, when it comes to the initial remembrance, the matters in Delhi were in the Arun Jaitley Stadium, who was then Feroz Shah Kotla. So we used to go to the same matches mostly when Papa used to play for Delhi Dare Devils. I was too young then. The first memory is that Papa was playing the match in Delhi. Unfortunately he was dismissed very quickly. We were dismissed before we arrived. Traffic seems to be on the time of IPL. All of us were in the car and Papa was out before we arrived, so the first remembers is that Papa’s IPL match.
In the video of Delhi Capitals shared Aryveer Sehwag, he is seen talking about his memories related to playing cricket in his childhood. He said that since childhood I had a habit of playing with plastic bat and ball. If we have two brothers, we used to play a lot of cricket. Now as I have been playing professional cricket for 2-3 years, then I feel that my father was so great. Dad says that the hen of the house is equal but it is not so now, as it is playing, it is understood how great the dad was. Papa gets a lot of inspiration.
