There is a possibility of heat stroke in the next one week in parts of Rajasthan and Gujarat.

Today, in most parts of the country, the temperature will fall due to rain and clouds for the next few days. According to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), there will be thunderstorms and rain in parts of 12 states including Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra. Apart from this, there is a possibility of lightning fall and strong winds at a speed of 40-50 kmph.

At the same time, it is estimated that for the next one week, there will be heat stroke in Saurashtra and Kutch parts of Rajasthan and Gujarat. On Wednesday, Surendranagar, Saurashtra, recorded the highest temperature of 42.8 degrees Celsius. Himachal, Assam and Meghalaya had mercury 3-5 degrees above normal.

How will the weather be the next 2 days? Rain and hailstorm are expected to fall in many parts of South India including Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Jharkhand, West Bengal by 6 April. At the same time, heatstroke is likely to run for the next 7 days in Saurashtra-Kutch, Rajasthan and Western India in Gujarat.
