Faridkot District Police in Punjab has arrested 7 members of a gang who have been planning to loot in Jaito area from whom sharp weapons have been recovered. These accused were identified by Bunty of Jaito, Shiv Kumar Soni, Karmapal Singh Lambhi and J of village RodiPura

Planning near the under bridge
Police said that the police party, led by ASI Sukhvir Singh under the supervision of SHO Inspector Gurvinder Singh of Jaito police station Jaito, was informed during patrolling and checking that the accused were accustomed to carrying out the robbery incidents and are planning to carry out an incident by sitting in a secluded place near the Under Bridge on Jaito’s Muktar bypass.
As soon as the information was received, the police party raided and arrested these five accused, from whom sharp weapons have been recovered.

Three cases already on the main accused
In the case, DSP Trilochan Singh said that 3 cases have already been registered against Bunty involved in these accused. He said that strict action is being taken against the accused who organized crime by the Faridkot District Police and during the last 7 months, the district police arrested 170 accused by registering 34 cases of organized crime.
