Ashoknagar/ Bhopal. On the third day of the four -day stay of his parliamentary constituency, Union Minister for Communications and North Eastern Region Development and Guna MP Jyotiraditya Scindia arrived today as the chief guest at a program organized at Naveen Kendriya Vidyalaya in village Patharia in Ashoknagar district. Where he presented the school for 2 RO water purifiers, 2 computer systems, music equipment, sports materials and books to the school. During this, he also interacted with the children and their parents studying here.
The demand for 22 years was fulfilled
This school is a result of the untiring efforts of Union Minister Scindia. The 22 -year -old demand of the people of the area has now been fulfilled and from 4 August 2025, studies from class 1 to 5 have also started here. Currently 196 students are studying in the school. This school will continue to operate from Diet (District Education and Training Institute) building, Patharia until a permanent campus is built on 5 acres of land allotted.
Scindia’s tireless hard work and the approval of the Government of India became possible to dream
It may be noted that Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia had made a special request to Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan for the establishment of Kendriya Vidyalaya in Ashoknagar. As a result of his efforts, this school of Patharia, Ashoknagar was also included in the approval of 85 new Kendriya Vidyalayas given by the Government of India in December 2024 across the country.
Scindia welcomed enthusiastically
On the arrival of the Union Minister to school, the students attacked tilak with their brilliant band tune singing and enthusiastically welcomed Saraswati Vandana, along with the school administration and the parents of the students presented a memento while welcoming the minister.
Scindia presented computers and other important materials
Scindia visited the children’s classrooms and activity rooms and communicated with them and presented them to water purifiers, computer, sports materials, music equipment and books, as well as appreciating the school’s operation and teaching environment and wished everyone a bright future.
Scindia’s gift to Ashoknagar and Chanderi, two ambulances dedicated to health services
Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia today provided an ambulance with state -of -the -art facilities of Rs 32 lakh to the District Hospital Ashoknagar with an amount of Rs 50 lakh from his MP fund to further strengthen the health services of Ashoknagar district. Today, he flagged off both ambulances and dedicated it to the public.
