Shah, while addressing a meeting of the party, Chief Minister M.K. Stalin targeted and said that Stalin has no right to call the 130th Constitution Amendment Bill “Black Bill”, as he himself has done “black exploits”. The bill provides for the Prime Minister, Chief Ministers and Ministers being arrested in serious criminal charges and removing it from the post for 30 consecutive days, which the opposition is strongly opposing. In a statement issued by DMK on Friday, A. Raja claimed that 28 ministers have criminal cases in the Union Cabinet led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and 39 percent of the cabinet members have “criminal background”.
The king questioned, “Will this law apply to them too?” Will you not call a law ‘black law’, which has been brought only to remove those people which they (BJP) do not like? If this is a good bill, then why does it not apply only to the BJP? ”
