Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar said on Friday that Pakistan is ready for extensive talks with India to discuss Kashmir and all other pending issues. Talking to reporters outside Parliament in Salamabad, where he was asked about talks with India, Dar said, whenever there is a conversation, whenever it will happen, not only on Kashmir, but on all issues. India has made it clear that it will talk with Pakistan only on the return of Pakistan -occupied Kashmir and the issue of terrorism. Deputy Prime Minister Dar insisted that Pakistan had made it clear from the beginning that talks with India would not be on any one-point agenda.
He said that Pakistan had not requested any mediation, but was offered a meeting at a neutral place. He claimed, we were asked to hold a meeting at a neutral place and I said that if it is, we are ready to meet. Dar reported that he had received a ceasefire call from India with India. Dar said that I had received a ceasefire call from America. I made it clear that Pakistan does not want war. India on 22 April terrorist attacks in Pahalgam, killing 26 people. After Indian action, Pakistan tried to attack Indian military bases on 8, 9 and 10 May. The Indian Army attacked several Pakistani military establishments. After drone and missile attacks from across the border for four days, India and Pakistan reached an agreement to end the struggle on May 10. Dar said that the ceasefire agreement with India is established. In response to a question, Dar said that the US Foreign Minister’s visit to Pakistan has not yet been determined.
