Why is there an uproar on the bill, when the issue is of political purity

When the leaders surrounded by serious criminal charges, whether they are Prime Minister, Chief Minister and Minister, when the Central Government presented the bill to remove a certain period after his arrest or custody, the Bill was presented by the Central Government in the Lok Sabha, it did not understand much uproar and protest. In this way, the uproar on the bill of honest, crime-free politics and the blessed politicians, hurts the dignity of democracy. Introducing the understanding, Home Minister Amit Shah proposed to send these Bills to the Joint Committee of Parliament on his behalf, which was accepted by Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, now the opposition should consider the opposition and an uproar, after all, why should not such an honest, equal and ideal system be made, so that they are required to leave the posts in serious crime or custody of the leaders sitting on the high positions? After all, what is the problem in this ideal system? Why is the opposition raising questions on its moral character by becoming a blocker in moral and ideal political system? Will this bill not affect the leaders of the ruling party?

Since independence, the criminal elements have been dominating politics due to his political discrepancies. The public expects that those whom she chooses her representative should be a crime -free, innocent, honest and character. But the situation has been looking the opposite. On the one hand, public representatives are found involved in crimes, on the other hand they stick to the chair of power instead of resigning from the post or staying away from public life. This tendency breaks the trust of the public and puts politics in doubt. This question has become more serious now whether such persons should have the right to continue in high positions of governance and power? Can the basis of democracy be raised on crime and corruption? Certainly not. Until politics is not expelled from politics, neither good governance can be established nor a new India, developed India and ideal India nor can people return to politics.

Today, the time has come that concrete and effective steps should be taken to make new laws free from crime free. This is not only a matter of election reform, but it is a question to save the soul of democracy. Such provisions should be made that the moment a public representative is sent to jail after being accused in a serious crime or being in custody until the allegation is proved, he will automatically be freed from his post. There is no need for resignation or political pressure. Many leaders also presented such an ideal, but the leaders of many parties like Aam Aadmi Party, Congress, Samajwadi Party, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha etc. have created black chapters to run governments from jail and to remain in the post of minister, due to this, due to this new bill came out.

Clean politics in a huge democracy like India is not just an ideal, but an imperative. When people of criminal mentality sit at the center of power and governance, they make the government a shield of their selfishness and crimes. This not only makes the democratic system hollow, but the life of the general public is also in crisis. The atmosphere of corruption, money power, muscle, nepotism, violence and immorality flourishes at the same time when politics goes into the possession of criminals. The demand for leaders with honest and clean image has increased more than before. The public is looking for leadership that presents examples by their conduct. If politics becomes the medium of service and sacrifice, then the welfare of the society will be there. Leaders who have a little doubt of doubt should leave the post voluntarily themselves. This tradition can provide highness and dignity to politics.

Crime -free politics is not only moral expectation, but a compulsion of democracy. Unless there is a place of purity and morality in politics, the imagination of good governance and honest administration will remain incomplete. Closing the doors of politics is the biggest demand for criminals by creating new laws. This step will not only strengthen democracy, but will also awaken the belief within the public that politics is really for public welfare, not the refuge of criminals. This is the philosophy of crime-free politics, where power becomes the center of moral energy of the society rather than the shelter of criminals. This is his biggest utility to return democracy to his real soul and make politics a symbol of service, purity and honesty.

In the last few years in Indian democracy, deep concern about the nexus of politics and crime has been continuously arising. The public repeatedly expects those whom they send to Parliament and Vidhan Sabha, they should not only be honest and transparent but have no stains on their character and conduct. But it is repeatedly seen that even the leaders trapped in serious criminal cases remain in high positions and use governance to protect themselves. In this background, the new bill (130th amendment of the Constitution) introduced by the Central Government in Parliament can be considered a historic step, the central government is calling these bills as corruption and crime, while the opposition does not agree. Their disagreement is raising many questions as to why she is also becoming tainted by advocating the opposition tainted. It is feared that if this amendment is passed, then the Chief Minister and ministers of the opposition-emergent states may be unstable, their posts may be in crisis. In fact, this protest is not only of the bill but of its political facility, saving its power and security. The question arises whether the opposition does not really want crime -free politics? Is it necessary for politics to maintain a base of criminals only to remain in power?

The opposition argues that the government can misuse the bill, and only by allegations, leaders can be removed from the post. But the truth is that unless the law is rigid and clear in democracy, it is not possible to eliminate crime from politics. If the charge on an innocent person proves to be wrong, then the way to earn a reputation for him will be open, but let the serious accused remain on the chair of governance with democracy, it is to demolish his original soul. Arvind Kejriwal did this for the first time and kept on power to run the government from jail.

Today the country is moving towards the resolve of ‘developed India’. The dream of a developed India will not only be fulfilled by technological progress or economic strength, but clean, honest and transparent politics is necessary for this. The infiltration of criminals in politics not only weakens the foundation of democracy but also breaks the trust of the people. Crime -free politics is not only ideal but is the basic condition of good governance and development. Therefore, it is necessary to welcome such a bill, because it is an attempt to take politics on the path of purity, morality and public interest. There is a new sun rise in politics. If the opposition opposes this, then the question automatically arises that why is the opposition protecting criminals by opposing crime -free politics? Is he fear for his own tainted leaders? This bill is the demand of time to save and strengthen democracy. New India will become a developed India only when its politics will be freed from criminals. Good governance will come from crime -free politics, honest leadership will flourish and new light of faith will arise among the public. This will be the real victory of democracy.
