The monsoon session of Parliament is going on. However, during the monsoon session, we continuously saw an uproar of opposition MPs. Amidst all this, the opposition’s uproar continued in a tremendous manner in both the houses even today. However, an attempt has been made to conduct some work in both the houses amid the uproar. Different bills have been passed. Apart from this, many questions were also answered by the ministers. At the same time, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla said on Tuesday that from now on, action will be translated into all 22 languages mentioned in the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution in the House. Till now translation facilities were available in 18 languages.

Lok Sabha proceedings
– The Lok Sabha proceedings were not able to run smoothly on Tuesday due to the slogans of MPs of opposition parties on the issue of special intensive revision (SIR) of the voter list in Bihar and was adjourned till 11 am on Wednesday after the adjournment of three times. Since the beginning of the monsoon session on the issue of SIR, there has been a deadlock in the House.

-Union Cooperative Minister Amit Shah said on Tuesday that the purchase of milk in Gujarat has increased from 50 lakh liters per day in 2001-02 to 250 lakh liters per day in 2024-25. -Accusing the Tamil Nadu government of not getting houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Gramin (PMAY-G) and doing injustice to the poor, Union Rural Development Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said in the Lok Sabha that even after more than a year, 2,15,000 houses in the southern state have not been approved under the PM Housing Scheme (Rural). Answering a complementary question amidst the noise of opposition members on the issue of special intensive revision (SIR) of the voter list in Bihar, the Rural Development Minister said, “The Modi government has set a target to build houses of poor in Tamil Nadu but there is a culmination of injustice that even after more than a year, the Tamil Nadu government has not accepted 2,15,000 houses (PMAY).
– The government stated in the Lok Sabha on Tuesday that more than 1.07 crore people were sterilized during the Emergency in 1975-77, which was more than the target of sterilization of 67.40 lakh people prescribed by the then Indira Gandhi government for population control. Rajya Sabha proceedings
