The Election Commission of India (ECI) announced on Saturday that it would hold a press conference in the national capital on Sunday, August 17. The ECI said that the India Election Commission will organize a press conference tomorrow, ie Sunday, August 17, 2025 at 3:00 pm at the National Media Center, Raisina Road, New Delhi. This will be the first press conference organized by the constitutional body after the special intensive revision (SIR) of the voter list in Bihar. According to the announcement, only the Press Information Bureau (PIB) recognized journalists and Still or TV cameraman will be allowed to enter the venue.
