In the High Profile Renukaswamy murder case, a petition filed against bail to Kannada actor Darshan Thugudipa, Pavitra Gowda and others will be heard in the Supreme Court today. The Karnataka High Court’s decision was challenged by the Government of Karnataka in the Supreme Court in March this year.
Advocate Anil C Nishani appealed to the court for immediate hearing on behalf of the Karnataka government. The bench of Justice JB Pardiwala and Justice R. Mahadevan gave the time of April 2 to hear the case.
Please tell that actor Darshan was granted bail from the High Court on December 13 last year in the Renukaswamy murder case, after which he was released from jail.
Darshan was in a live -in relationship with actress Pavitra.

In fact, Kannada actor Darshan Thuggudipa is accused of killing fan Renukaswamy. Renukaswamy’s body was found on 9 June near an apartment in Kamakshipaliya area of Bengaluru. When the police investigated around the crime scene, they were seen darshan in the CCTV footage and the holy crime scene. From 11 am to 3 pm, both of their mobile numbers were active in the same area.
Renukaswamy’s body was found on 9 June. Two days later, Darshan and Pavitra were arrested on 11 June. In this case, 19 people, including Darshan and Pavitra, were arrested.
Renukaswami used to send objectionable messages to Pavitra
According to police investigation, 33 -year -old deceased Renukaswamy was a fan of actor Darshan. In January 2024, Kannada actress Pavitra Gowda celebrated her 10th anniversary with darshan. This led to the relationship of both of them in controversies, as Darshan is already married.
Renukaswamy was very angry with this news. He was constantly messaging Pavitra and asking him to stay away from philosophy. Initially, Pavitra ignored her messages, but later Renukaswamy started threatening with objectionable messages.
Pavitra then instigated Darshan to kill Renukaswamy. He also asked him to punish. Darshan got Renukaswami kidnapped with the help of his colleagues. All took him to a godown. Where he was tortured before killing him.

According to the police, Darshan and his comrades beat Renukaswamy in Godown, killing him. After the murder, the colleagues of Darshan were blown with blood. He went from the nearby Reliance Store nearby and bought new clothes and changed there.
Renukaswamy’s one ear was missing
Police revealed Renukaswamy’s postmortem report that he was brutally beaten. Electric shocks were given to torture. There were many bruises on the body and one ear was missing.
All these evidence testifies that Renuka was beaten up badly, after which he died. The corpse was later hidden by the accused.
