There will be a hearing in the Bombay High Court today in the case of Disha Salian’s suspected death. Disha’s father, Satish Salian, has filed a petition in the High Court demanding a CBI inquiry, which has talked about investigation against four prominent persons including Aditya Thackeray.
Disha’s death in the year 2020 was described as suicide, but the family has raised many questions. They allege that an attempt was made to suppress the death as a suicide and may have a powerful people.
Satish Salian says that many important evidence in this case was disappeared, which could reveal the truth. Satish and his lawyer Nilesh Ojha said that they will meet Union Home Minister Amit Shah and hand over the important evidence related to the case.
Ojha said, “We have important and additional evidence, but we cannot make them public at the moment because it can affect the matter.”
He made serious allegations against former Police Commissioner Parambir Singh. Ojha says that Parambir Singh and his associates tried to suppress Disha’s death as suicide.
Ojha also claimed that the closure report released in February 2021 has been withdrawn and spoke of false propaganda related to the case.
Who was Disha Salian?
28 -year -old Disha Salian was a celebrity manager, especially known for working with the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Sushant had allegedly committed suicide in an apartment in Bandra, Mumbai six days after Disha’s death.
Disha also worked with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and actor Varun Sharma in the film ‘Jazba’. The Mumbai Police had not told any connection between Disha and Sushant’s death.
Disha lived with her parents in Dadar and her fiancé Rohan Roy also came to live with her during the Kovid-19 lockdown.
Rohan bought a flat on the 14th floor of the Regent Galaxy Building in Malad West, Mumbai, where he was living after marriage. But the same flat became the place where Disha died.
Disha dies on 8 June 2020
On 8 June 2020, Disha fell from the 14th floor of an apartment in Malad. The police described it as suicide. At that time, the father of Disha considered the investigation as satisfactory.
But a few days later a video of Disha surfaced, in which she was seen dancing with friends. In the video, his boyfriend was also Rohan and claimed that the video was one hour before his death.
After the video surfaced, questions arose that when she was happy, why did she commit suicide? However, there was no official confirmation of this video.
In 2022, BJP leader Nitesh Rane made several allegations about Disha’s death. While linking it to the Antilia case, it was also linked to the sacked police officer Sachin Waje.
Now Disha’s father says that Disha was murdered after a gang rape. In the petition, Suraj Pancholi, Dino Morya and Mumbai Police have also been made serious allegations.
