The Punjab Government gave up appointment letters to 504 new patvins under the Mission Employment. All of them have been completed in which they have been informed about new and modern techniques. These now would launch the work of Patwari directly in their area.
In the appointment letter, Cabinet Minister Hardeep Singh MiDia said that first people were afraid of patrians but the government has taken several steps to make work clean and transparent. He advised Patwarii to do so with full ceremony wherever they go to work. They will also be transferred 6 months later. He also directed to stay away from the old patrives and work honestly.
