Chidambaram, the party leader of Maharashtra Sushil Kumar Shinde and the then Home Secretary RK Singh etc., to please UPA convenor and Congress supremo Mrs. Sonia Gandhi, who is an Indian daughter-in-law of Italian Christian origin, the concept of Hindu terrorism or saffron terrorism gave the conception of the RSS Chief Mohan Bhagavat and the same shedding. Therefore, the Congress conspiracies composed against RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat arise some important questions, which need to be searched properly. At the same time, if the conspirators of this case could be brought into the dock of justice, then it will be a big thing.
At the same time, the political scenario makes the matter that the Congress never returned to the central power since the wandering investigation of the Malegaon bomb blast case. In the general elections of 2014, 2019 and 2024, the Congress and its first UPA and now India alliance were almost rejected by Indian Hindus. It is believed that then Congressmen hatched this political conspiracy to divert the attention of the countrymen with “Islamic terrorism”, which is spreading like Sursa mouth. In fact, Police Inspector Mehboob Mujawar, who was part of the ATS team investigating the blast, has made a sensational claim that Maharashtra Anti -Terrorism Squad (ATS) was ordered to arrest Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat during the investigation in the 2008 Malegaon blast case. Not only this, a political attempt was made to take the Malegaon bomb blast investigation in the “wrong direction” and false cases were registered against him for objecting to this disgusting plan. If seen, this is a very serious allegation and its culprits should not be spared.
Explain that the comment of former ATS officer’s comment has come a day after a special court of Mumbai, former Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Pragya Singh Thakur and Lieutenant Colonel Prasad Purohit, a day after acquitting on the grounds that there is no “any reliable and solid” evidence against them. The question is how the evidence is even after all, because it appears to be a pre -planned conspiracy and its sponsors have already destroyed the evidence, so that the target people or their group could be implicated. It means to say BJP leaders and RSS workers, as proved by subsequent cases.
It is noteworthy that on 29 September 2008, six people were killed after a bomb exploded in a motorcycle in a busy market in Malegaon, about 300 km from Mumbai. Initially, Maharashtra ATS investigated the blast, after which it was handed over to the country’s top terrorist organization National Investigation Agency (NIA). Muzawar, who was involved in this connection, said that, “The seniors had ordered the arrest of RSS Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat.” Please tell that Mr. Bhagwat became the RSS chief in March 2009. He further said, “The then Chief Investigation Officer of the Malegaon blast, Parambir Singh ordered me to arrest RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat.”
He bluntly stated that, “Mohan Bhagwat was being included in the case to make it a case of saffron terrorism.” Let us tell you that the BJP has earlier alleged that the matter was investigated with the intention of defaming and implicating the right -wing leaders and targeting the Hindu community. At the same time, Muzawar even said that, “A fake investigation of the Malegaon bomb blast was tried, but I was not ready for it. So false cases were registered against me in this case, but later my name was cleared.”
He even said that the then Congress government of the state would have pressured the then officials in this matter. He also said that he had confidential information about the matter. He said, “I was serving myself. I knew that these things are false, so cases were registered against me.” It is worth noting that Shri Mujawar was suspended by the then state government by making concocted allegations due to political disrespect.
Reacting to his comment here, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has rightly said, “The Malegaon conspiracy of 2008 has been exposed. The then Congress government had created words like Hindu terrorism and saffron terrorism. At a time when Islamic terrorism was being talked about, those who voted for Islamic terrorism could not be unhappy, this is the reason why Hindu terrorism was done. It was a serious government initiative, which the Congress also paid a huge political price. The negative impact of this new revelation is also expected to fall on the Bihar assembly elections.
It is noteworthy that after the industrialist Mukesh Ambani allegedly received explosives outside Antilia in Mumbai, Mr. Singh was suspended in December 2021, amid allegations of misconduct during his tenure as a Mumbai Police Commissioner. Subsequently, he accused the then Home Minister of Maharashtra Anil Deshmukh of forcibly recovery and intervention. Mr. Deshmukh was arrested, but the state government registered a case against Mr. Singh on forcible recovery and similar allegations. These IPS officers retired in 2022. However, a year later, the Eknath Shinde government to tease the BJP. All the allegations against him were removed. Due to this, the BJP remained in a mansms.
As the NIA reported, the explosion in Malegaon occurred in the holy month of Ramadan, just before Navratri. The NIA claimed that the intention of the accused was to spread panic in a section of the Muslim community. The case, which started in 2018, was completed on 19 April this year. The prosecution produced 323 witnesses, out of which 37 were retracted by their statements. So, the special court said on Thursday that the prosecution proved that the bomb had exploded, but it failed to prove that the explosive was put on the motorcycle. Therefore, the court acquitted all the accused.
Therefore, some smoldering questions are bound to arise in this case. The first is that only the conspirators of saffron terrorism have carried out the incident of this bomb blast in the Pak month of Ramadan, so that Hindus could be strategically implicated/trapped. Secondly, under the Indian Constitution, the character level of leaders and administrative officials who took oath of office and secrecy has fallen so much that they should distract the direction of administrative inquiry for their political benefits. This is a dangerous attempt to permanent the politics of the opposition and opposition, which is less condemned. This will also reduce the credibility of Indian investigative agencies.
Needless to say that if RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat had been arrested under the guise of saffron terrorism, then BJP’s good days would not have come today. Let me tell you that the RSS had a big role in getting the BJP in 2014 and 2019, and in 2024, BJP National President JP Nadda has a curse to underestimate its role that the BJP is in a minority today and also curses to run the NDA coalition government. Therefore, it cannot be denied that Mohan Bhagwat has a brilliant strategic role in bringing the Narendra Modi government at the Center and providing a wide political basis to the BJP.
If seen, even at the age of about 75, they are as active, trying to reach the RSS to every section of the society, that is a big thing. This makes it feel that the target of Congress leaders was infallible, but a duty -bound police officer of Maharashtra removed his important mission. Let us know that even before this, the Congress government has imposed a national ban on RSS twice.
