The Union government has refused to allow the power and public manufacturing Minister of Harbhajan Singh ETO to the United States. He was to attend the National Conference of State Department (NCSL) LJSillathers Convention in Boston, Massachusetts, from August 4 to 6. It is a significant international conference from legislative leaders, policy managers and policy makers.
The Punjab Government was officially informed by the Center that the minister was not being given political permission. This is the fifth chance when a Aam Aadmi Party of the government (AAP) is not allowed to go abroad by the Union government.
Harbhajan Singh ETO was shared by the NCSL and National Legisletters Conference India (NLC India). A statement issued by the Punjab government on July 28 said that the invitation minister has been given to his brilliant contribution to the legislative governance and public administration in the state.

Harbhajan Singh himself described the conference for Punjab and said that the global platform would provide the opportunity to connect to the world and to exchange innovative ideas, which can be implemented in the state.
The NCL convention is considered one of the largest platforms in the world to talk on legislative procedures, administration and policies. This conference gives the opportunity to learn public representatives at the global level to learn, networking and proceeding with new thinking. Although the reason behind this denial has not been made clear by the central government, but once again the discussion of stress is faster in political relations between the government and the center.
