Fake Ghaziabad Embassy: Amazing feat of fake diplomat of Ghaziabad, traveled to 40 countries in 10 years

Harshvardhan Jain, a resident of Kavi Nagar, Ghaziabad, was arrested for allegedly running a fake embassy in the city. He allegedly had 12 diplomatic passports and traveled to about 40 countries in the last 10 years. The person was running the consulate and claiming that he was a diplomat of the existent West Archtika.

The Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force (UP-STF) has started the process of receiving a blue corner notice against Harshvardhan Jain and has applied for his police custody for the purpose of investigating their foreign activities and financial relations. The step has been taken when investigators reported that they have found evidence that Turkish citizen Syed Ehsan Ali had made a total of ₹ 20 crore alleged financial transaction to Turkish citizen Syed Ehsan Ali. Also, a detailed list of Jain’s bank accounts has also been found. Now there are a total of 12 in India and five in Dubai, two in London and one in Mauritius.

The Indian Express cited the investigation, stating that Jain had visited countries such as UK, UAE, Mauritius, Turkey, France, Italy, Bulgaria, Cameron, Switzerland, Poland, Sri Lanka and Belgium. According to STF’s Noida unit, the investigation has revealed that Jain was involved in making deals with false promises to provide jobs to companies and individuals abroad.
