Regional Governor Vasili Orlov said that the airline Angara-AN-24 at Siberia went missing due to the radar screen shutdown when he reached near his destination in the city of Amur region bordering China.

Khabarovsk-Blagaveshchask-Tinda flying AN-24 aircraft of Angara Airlines flying collapsed contact during landing near Tinda in Amur region of Russia.
The debris of the aircraft was found on a hill 16 km from Tinda. No crisis signs were sent before the aircraft disappeared from the radar.
Preliminary reports of emergency services indicate that no person in the aircraft is likely to survive alive.
