There have been two different presidents in the 2023-24 season of PCB-Zaka Ashraf from June 2023 to January 2024 and Mohsin Naqvi from February 2024 till now. The report focuses directly on Naqvi, which mentions unauthorized payments of Rs 41.7 lakh as utility fees, POL and housing from February to June 2024. Naqvi was also handling the post of Pakistan’s Home Minister and all his benefits came under the purview of the law.
