Before the special session of the Punjab Vidhan Sabha, the Punjab Cabinet meeting took place on July 14. The bill designed to make strong laws about disrespecting cases in this meeting have been approved. Those who disrespect religious texts and places with this law will be sentenced to life imprisonment. Special courts can also be constituted in the “cases of disrespect. The bill will be presented in the Assembly today and then the opinion from various organizations and ordinary people before applying it.
Chief Minister Bhagwant Man has clearly said that the government wanted to bring such a law that is permanent and applies to the future. So there will be no impairment. There is currently a maximum sentence of 3 years in order to be a maximum of 3 years in Article 298 and 299 of the Indian Penal Penalty Opportunity. But the Punjab Government is proposing this sentence to increase the minimum of 10 years and life imprisonment.

Also the important agenda of the Department of Agriculture and Farmemen Welfare Department will be kept for approval in the meeting. The government wants to bring a bill to prevent fake fertilizers and medicines on the lithliament of Haryana. So that action can be processed against those who are working accordingly. The Haryana government had passed the law in March. Such workers are sentenced to three to five years in prison.
