Shiromani was shut down in the New Nabha jail in terms of assets of Shiromani Akali Dal and former Minister Bikram Singh Majithia Majithia. But now he has filed a petition in the Mohali court. He has filed this petition to change his barracks in prison. Bikram Majithia petition will hear Monday on Monday
Majithia said he had been former minister and MLAs and should be kept in “Orange Category”. Therefore, they should be kept different from the prisoners who are under trial or which is sentenced. The court has sent a notice to the government while hearing the petition and the next hearing is fixed on Monday. Majithia will be in judicial custody till July 19.
