Assembly elections are going to be held in Bihar in October-November this year. In such a situation, the party is face to face on the special intensive revision i.e. SIR issued by the Election Commission there and the matter has moved forward through the media and reached the threshold of the Supreme Court. Therefore, it is expected that the court will issue such guidelines in future, in future, the game related to the voter list running from the innovation of politicians and administrative officials in future.

However, the Supreme Court has not only tried to solve the difficult solution of the common people by suggesting the Election Commission to recognize the Aadhaar, ration and voter card to review the voter list in Bihar, but doing so will also make its process easier and will help in reducing various apprehensions. There is no doubt that fake names should not be in the voter list. Apart from this, the name of any foreign person should not be in the voter list, otherwise the credibility of the voter list will be in the dock of questions.
The court believes that during such SIR campaigns, instead of extracting more and more names from the voter list during such SIR campaigns, it should be on that not a single citizen is deprived of joining the election process. As far as doubt about this is there, a crisis has arisen in front of a large population due to the Aadhaar, ration card or job card out of the list of valid documents.
In such a situation, the question is that on the basis of which you can reject the same important ‘identity base’ in SIR. By doing this, it seems clear that the institutional loot that is going on with the connivance of local public representatives and administrative officials is now necessary, because the party and opposition are all involved in this matter. To be honest, it is causing damage to the original inhabitants of India who should have the first right over the government and resources of the country.
We mean the Hindu class who has been a victim of political and constitutional conspiracy even after partition on religious grounds. When Pakistan and Bangladesh are moving on the path of Islamization, the secularism of India seems meaningless with Hindus. Alam is that Muslim leaders are calling Muslims from Pakistan and Bangladesh and helping them get government identity cards. The administrative failure or connivance of preventing this trend has raised many questions, which are warning for the far-reaching interest of Hindus.
In such a situation, SIR is needed. At the same time, the entire game of making government identity cards and benefiting from it should be reviewed and such strict action should be taken against the responsible officials, leaders and their parties that their contesting should be banned, the recognition of political parties should be eliminated and the officials and employees should be dismissed. Because these people are playing with the future of India.
According to a media report, only more than two lakh applications have been received for the residence certificate in Kishanganj district within a week. In many places, the workers who are distributing enumeration forms from house to house have asked people to submit a copy of Aadhaar card. Therefore, it is better than such confusion that the commission should find a middle way.
As far as the time of SIR is concerned, the apex court did not stop the Special Intensive Revision, but the question raised about its time is absolutely lawful. This is because the assembly elections are to be held in Bihar by the end of this year. In such a situation, it may not be as much time for such a detailed exercise as it should be found. Therefore, there is a reason for the confusion about SIR in Bihar. Those who do not have the necessary documents, they will not be able to arrange them so soon.
However, the Commission has assured the court that no one will be excluded from the voter list without giving anyone a chance to speak. At the same time, as far as the decision on citizenship is concerned, it has been told that the purpose of this campaign is not like this. As the Supreme Court also said that this issue is related to the roots of democracy and the most important people in democracy. But, in the current process of the Election Commission, the public is having the most trouble. This revision is connected to the voter list, but the message is going on that it will determine citizenship. In such a situation, there will be relief from the Supreme Court’s comment that the Election Commission has nothing to do with citizenship.
However, it is certain that this SIR campaign will now affect the entire country. This should also happen. But until the constitution does not change, it will be difficult to curb this trend, as the matter is not going to be limited to Bihar only. In such a situation, how the voter list will be reviewed in other states will depend on the process adopted in Bihar. Because the next number will come from West Bengal and Assam where elections will be held next year.
In such a situation, natural eyes are fixed on the fact that the form of this process is finally decided in the Supreme Court. From this, it will be clear that this indirect campaign of Islamization of India will stop or continue in the near future. Because its wires are associated with international conspiracy.
