Yash Dayal knocked on the door of High Court in sexual harassment case, pleading to cancel FIR

RCB bowler Yash Dayal has approached the Allahabad High Court over the sexual harassment case filed against him. He has filed a petition to cancel the FIR lodged against him at Indirapuram police station in Ghaziabad.
 
An FIR was lodged against Yash Dayal on July 6 at Indirapuram police station in Ghaziabad. In the FIR, a woman has accused of sexual harassment. After this, the case has been caught in the case and now the cricketer has demanded relief in the High Court, describing himself as innocent.
In his petition, Yash Dayal has made the state government, SHO of Indirapuram police station and complainant woman a defendant. The petition is likely to be heard soon in the double bench.
At the same time, Yash Dayal has also lodged a complaint against the woman on the charge of blackmailing at Khuldabad police station in Prayagraj. He has given a complaint to the police station through his advocate, in which he has said that the woman is mentally tortured by implicating him in a false case and is demanding money.
Yash Dayal has also alleged in his Tahrir that the woman had threatened to spoil him to defame her. He has demanded action from the Prayagraj police and action.
The matter is now under consideration of the High Court amid legal action from both sides. According to legal experts, Section 69 of BNS which is related to sexual harassment has severe punishment and stringent provisions, so the court order can have a major impact on both sides.
