Harpreet Singh alias Happy Paisi is accused of involvement in 16 places in Punjab, along with Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI and Khalistani terrorist organization Babbar Khalsa International (BKI). Happy, a resident of Pasia village in Amritsar district in Punjab, was arrested from Sacramento in California on 17 April. He is currently under the grip of FBI and US Immigration and Customs Information.
The desired Khalistani terrorist Happy Pasia will be extradited from the US to India in the coming days. Sources in the central security agencies have confirmed that Pasia, currently in American custody, will soon arrive at Delhi Airport amid tight security arrangements. Pasia was arrested on 17 April after a continuous coordination with Indian agencies by US immigration and customs enforcement (ICE) at Sacramento, California. It is on the radar of Indian officials for alleged involvement in many terrorist attacks, especially police stations and public institutions targeting police stations, across Punjab.

According to security agency sources, Happy will soon be extradited from the US to India. Recently, FBI Director Kash Patel indicated this. He was declared one of the most wanted criminals by the National Investigation Agency following a series of terrorist attacks targeting police stations and public institutions in Punjab. He was involved in a grenade attacks on public celebrities, including the police posts of Punjab, religious places, BJP leader Manoranjan Kalia.
