Recently you must have read the news that India has commissioned INS Tamal. This is Multirol Freagade. This is the last freed made by Russia’s Shipyard, which is doing the Indian Navy Commission. Now no further frequency from Russia is planned to commission the Indian Navy. Earlier, 90 percent of the defense exports used to India from Russia. By 2009, it has increased to 76 percent and now it has fallen by 36 percent by 2024. Our dependence on Russia is decreasing. At the same time, India’s dependence from countries like France and America is increasing. The purpose behind this is that India did not want to have its defense dependence only on Russia only monopoly. Therefore, India started buying weapons from France and America too. India stopped commissioning the freedom from Russia, ending the dependence of the tank. Now India is also seen rejecting offers like Sukhoi 57.
