The project has received the green signal from Bangalore’s Civil Agency, Barahat Bengaluru Municipalities (BBMP). Prests first submitted a proposal to the BBMP in August 2022, followed by the revised request in the end of 2023. The company cited a serious congestion on the Old Airport Road and Kariyamanna Agarhara Road through the main access routes, ie Yemalur. More than 5,000 employees are expected to accommodate over 5,000 employees when the upcoming Prestle Beta Tech Park is commissioned. In April this year, it was approved after consulting Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivkumar. The BBMP officials have made a condition that the new flyover should be open for the use of the general public and not only for the presesties employees.
