The Prime Minister said in a post on X, first of all, there should be emphasis on improving our own system, so that when we talk about improving multilateral institutions, our credibility is also strong.

The shared manifesto of the BRICS countries has strongly condemned in Section 34 of the terrorist attack on 22 April in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. 26 innocent people were killed in this attack and many people were also seriously injured. Referring to this attack in the manifesto, it has been described as ‘cruel and inhuman action of terrorism’. This is a very diplomatic success for India as China was also present on this platform. Although the name of Pakistan is not directly anywhere in the entire manifesto, the movement of border terrorists and the safe refuge for terror and economic support for terrorists have been mentioned.
