Indian cricketer Mohammed Shami suffered a major setback from the Calcutta High Court. In fact, the court ordered that cricketer Shami will have to pay Rs 4 lakh for the alimony of his wife Haseen Jahan and daughter every month. Expressing happiness over this decision, Haseen Jahan’s lawyer said that she was wandering from 2018.
On the court’s decision, Haseen Jahan’s lawyer Imtiz Ahmed said that this was the best moment for Haseen Jahan. From 2018 to 2024, she wandered from rate to rate, finally, tomorrow it was ruled in the court that Haseen Jahan would be given Rs 1.5 lakh and Rs 2.5 lakh to the daughter. Whenever the daughter needs help, Mohammed Shami will provide her assistance. The Supreme Court has directed the trial court to settle the main application of the interim order within 6 months. There is a lot of possibility that when they return to the trial court to complete the hearing on maintenance, it will be increased to Rs 6 lakh as Haseen Jahan had claimed Rs 7 lakh and Rs 3 lakh in his maintenance application.
The Calcutta High Court on Tuesday ruled that cricketer Mohammed Shami Haseen will give Rs 1.5 lakh every month, while Nabalik will give Rs 2.5 lakh every month. That is, Shami will have to pay a total of 4 lakh rupees.
Haseen Jahan went to court for monthly allowance, demanded a total of Rs 10 lakh monthly allowance from Mohammed Shami. Out of this, he had asked for 7 lakhs for himself and for the expenses of 3 lakh daughters. Earlier, Alipur court ruled in 2018 that Shami would have to pay 1 lakh 30 thousand every month, 50 thousand Haseen for Jahan and 80 thousand for daughters. But Haseen challenged this decision in the Calcutta High Court.
