Prior to the important state elections, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar announced a cash incentive for the youth, under which 12th pass will be given Rs 4000, ITI or diploma holders will be given Rs 5000 to ITI or diploma holders and Rs 6000 to graduate or postgraduate graduate or postgraduate. Additionally, an internship will be provided to one lakh youth of the state in various institutions from 2025-26 to 2030-31.

Nitish Kumar wrote on X that I am happy to stating that under the 7 Nishkha-2 initiative, the cabinet has informed the youth of Bihar to provide new opportunities for advanced skills, better employment, leadership development, strong networking and career enhancement. This scheme will prove useful in shaping the future of youth.
The main information of the plan
Under the scheme, trained youth passed 12th class will get Rs 4,000 per month.
– ITI or diploma holders will be given Rs 5,000 per month.
– Bachelor of internships or postgraduates will get Rs 6,000 per month.
A total of one lakh youth of the state will be offered internships in various institutions during the period 2025-26 to 2030-31.

This step has been taken by the Chief Minister after the announcement of an increase in social security pension for the people of Bihar recently. The Chief Minister said that pension for elderly, disabled and widow women has been increased from Rs 400 to Rs 1,100 per month under the Social Security Pension Scheme. He said that I am happy to tell you that under the Social Security Pension Scheme, now all the elderly, disabled and widow women will get a pension of Rs 1,100 instead of Rs 400 every month. All beneficiaries will get pension.
