Quad country raging on Pahalgam massacre, called for punishing the culprits

Foreign Ministers of the Quad Group – the United States, India, Japan and Australia – strongly condemned the terrorist attack on 22 April in Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir, in which 26 civilians were killed. In a joint statement, he urged that those responsible for the attack be brought into the dock without delay.

The quadrilateral security dialogue group ‘Quad’ called for bringing the terrorist attack in Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir to bring it into the dock of justice without any delay and appealed to the UN member countries to increase cooperation in this regard. Foreign ministers of the US, Australia, India and Japan, the member countries of the quadratic security dialogue (Quad), strongly condemned the terrorist attack on 22 April and strongly supported the action against cross -border terrorism. 26 people were killed in the Pahalgam attack.

However, in a joint statement, the ministers did not mention a four -day military conflict between Pakistan or the Indian and Pakistani forces in May. In the meeting held on Tuesday in the US capital, External Affairs Minister S.K. Jaishankar, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Australia Foreign Minister Penny Wong and his counterpart Takeshi Ivaya attended Japan. Foreign ministers of the ‘Quad’ countries condemned the terrorist attack in Pahalgam “in strong terms” in which 25 Indian citizens and a Nepali citizen were killed and many others were injured.

Foreign ministers said, “We express our deep condolences to the families of the deceased and wish to get all the injured to be quick and fully healthy.” He said, “We call for the criminals of this condemnable act, who execute it to the doors of justice without any delay and urge all the members of the United Nations to bring the Joint Nations to bring them to justice and they urge all the joint nation security councils. According to your responsibilities, actively cooperate with all the concerned authorities in this regard. ”

The ‘Quad’ meeting also announced a plan to launch a “future quad port” partnership in Mumbai this year. The ministers said that they are seriously concerned about the position of East China Sea and South China Sea. Referring to Chinese military actions, he said, “We repeat strong opposition to any unilateral action in which efforts are being made to change the status quo by force or forcibly.”
