Bikram Singh Majithia arrested in the estate assets case is to be presented in the Mohali court today. Their 7-day police remand is finished today. Earlier, Vigilance took Majithia from Majithia and examined the office at their Amritsar and investigated. In the case, Vigilance also has taken rades in Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Chandigarh in addition to Punjab.
Majithia, which Majithia filed a petition in the Punjab and Haryana High Court, described his arrest and demanded rejection of remand order. The High Court will hear on July 3 on the petition.
In support of Majithia today, the Akali workers had to be together outside the Mohali Court but a few workers have been arrested and some have been detained before the police. They have also been stopped on the dugs planted on all major roads.
