The politics of Delhi has been hot due to the ongoing campaign against slums in the national capital. On Sunday, the Aam Aadmi Party demonstrated strongly at Jantar Mantar to protest against this action of the Delhi government. Many big AAP leaders including former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, Saurabh Bhardwaj and Sanjay Singh participated in this protest and targeted the BJP government fiercely.
BJP’s eye is on your land: Kejriwal
Filling a shout against the BJP from Jantar Mantar, former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said, ‘I had released a video before the election, in which you said that you should not forget them (BJP) and vote, because their eyes are on your land. If you vote for them, they will break your slums within a year. Kejriwal further said, ‘I had said that he would break in a year, but who knew that he would break your house in 5 months and destroy the whole of Delhi.’
Kejriwal accused the BJP of ruining Delhi, saying, ‘He ruined Delhi by running a bulldozer. In such heat, in 50 ° C, they are breaking the slums of the poor, which has also become helpless to walk on the road. Emphasizing the plight of the poor, he said, “The poor man works near his slum … If the slum breaks, his livelihood is also ruined … They have left the poor to die.”

‘Where slums, plains there’: targets the guarantee of Modi government
Targeting the guarantee of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘where the slum, there’, Kejriwal taunted, ‘Modi ji came and went with guarantee -‘ Where the slum, there ‘house’, actually had his real meaning – ‘Where the slum, there, the ground’, vote, then they will break all the slums and bring the poor on the roads. Now they are doing this – one by one mixing your house in the soil.
He warned the BJP, saying, ‘A big BJP leader was saying that the BJP would break all the slums of Delhi. But perhaps he forgot that 40 lakh people live in these slums. The day these 40 lakh people come down on the roads, they will remember the grandmother. Kejriwal called people to maintain his unity and said, ‘The biggest strength of your people is your unity. Now the time has come to raise voice.
