Actress Shefali Jariwala, who became famous with the song “Kanta Laga”, died at the age of 42 on Friday night. This information was given by a hospital source. Jariwala was admitted by her husband, actor Parag Tyagi to the Belleview Multispeciality Hospital in suburban Mumbai. A hospital source said, “He was brought to the hospital at around 11:15 pm. The doctors on duty declared him dead. ”According to reports, he died due to cardiac arrest.
Jariwala was known for her presence in Hindi music videos, reality shows and Bollywood cameo. She became famous after working in the music album ‘DJ Doll – Kanta Laga Remix’ (2002). The actress also participated in the reality series ‘Bigg Boss 13’ (2019).

-If Jeevala was born on 15 December 1982 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. He earned a degree in Computer Application from Sardar Patel College of Engineering, Mumbai. The actor married Harmeet Singh of the Indian music pair ‘Meat Bros’ in 2004. Both got divorced in 2009. In an interview with Times Now, pointing to his relationship with Singh, he said, “It is very important to understand that you are not being appreciated. Every kind of violence is not physical. There is also a lot of mental violence, and you are very sad in your life.”

– Jariwala also dated the late actor Siddharth Shukla 15 years ago. Both friends remained friends even after the breakup. In an interview to Bollywood Life in 2020, he said, “We are both very logical people. Also, our interests are the same, we are traveling, space, bullet train and what they used to talk. Even after stopping dating, whenever we used to collide with each other, we were always amazing.” The actress later married Indian television actor Parag Tyagi in 2015.
– Jariwala was famous for her music video ‘Kanta Laga’, in which she was seen. The track was the remix of the same classic Hindi song of the film Samadhi (1972), composed by RD Burman and sung by Lata Mangeshkar. The young energy of this song attracted the audience and the actress got recognition for her screen presence.

– She again appeared in ‘DJ Doll and the Return of the fork Mix Volume 2’ (2004). Jariwala also appeared in ‘Kabhi R Par Remix’ of ‘Sweet Honey Mix’ (2004). The latter was the recreation of the classic Hindi song of Guru Dutt’s ‘R Paar’ (1954).
In the music video, Jariwala’s immediate fame also gave him a special role in ‘Mujhse Shaadi Karogi’ (2004) with Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar and Priyanka Chopra. Actor Kannada also appeared in the song ‘Na Board Inta Bus’ from the film ‘Huducruu’ (2011).
-42-year-old actress was also seen in musical dance reality shows like ‘Boogie Woogi’ (2008), Nach Baliye 5 (2012-2013) and Nach Baliye 7 (2015-2016). However, his participation in ‘Bigg Boss 13’ hosted by actor Salman Khan gave him immense identity. Jariwala was last seen in the Hindi television show ‘Sutani Raine’ (2024).
