Chandigarh: Punjab Vigilance has controlled the Subcutor (SI) Raval Rs. 8,000 in the Deputy Inspector of District Fazilka police stamped against corruption. Giving information, Vigilance spokesperson said that the arrest was made after the complaint was filed by the resident of Gurharswepur district.
He further said that the complainant approached the Vigilance Bureau because the accused SI Deposit the answer to a petition in the High Court demanded a bribe of Rs. 10,000 for depositing the Chargesheet District. The spokesperson further said that after an investigation of this complaint, the Vigilance team took a trap by bribe of the complainant to the complainant in the presence of two government witnesses.
Under Corruption Activity Act, under Corruption Act, Vigilance Bureau has been published at Ferozepur Range. He said the accused would be offered in court tomorrow and further investigation was on the matter.
