Jafar Express has been targeted once again in Pakistan’s Balochistan province. Four coaches of a passenger train derailed after a powerful bomb blast on a railway track in Jacobabad. Jafar Express was going from Punjab to Quetta, when the accident happened, but no casualties were reported from the spot. Soon after the incident, senior officials of the local police, railway police and railway maintenance department reached the spot to investigate the incident and start a rehabilitation work.

The Jafar Express coming from Peshawar on June 13 derailed near the Margla tunnel in Taxila, which disrupted the rail traffic on the Rawalpindi-Peshawar section. No casualties were reported in the accident.
