South Africa captain Tamba Bavuma has created history in the final of the World Test Championship. Bavuma scored 36 runs in the first innings against Australia. During this, he equaled Rohit Sharma’s record.
Bavuma was dismissed for 36 runs in 84 balls in the first innings. Bawuma hit 4 fours and a six in this innings. Bawuma shared a 64 -run partnership for the 5th wicket with David Bedingham.
At the same time, Bavuma equaled Rohit’s record as soon as he hit a six in this innings. Bawuma has now become the second captain to hit a six in the final of the World Test Championship after Rohit.
Rohit has done this feat before Bavuma. Rohit did this feat in the final against Australia in 2023. Rohit has now retired from Test cricket.
