Islamabad police chief Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi said during a news conference that it was a case of repeated rejected. The boy was repeatedly trying to contact him. Rizvi said that the ruthless killer is now under the grip of law. He said that the suspect wanted to be “friends” with Joseph, but she kept running away from him again and again.
According to the police, Hayat had only completed matriculation studies and was from low-medium income group, which had no source of income. Investigators said that in an attempt to erase evidence, he took Yusuf’s mobile phone with him after the shooting. The FIR lodged by the mother of a 17 -year -old girl stated that the shooter entered with a pistol around 5 pm and shot her daughter very closely. She was hit by two bullets in the chest and despite being taken to the hospital, she could not escape.
