Sirathu Police Officer (CO) Awadhesh Kumar Vishwakarma said that Urmila Devi, a resident of Kesariya village of Saini police station, had filed a complaint in this connection. Urmila said in her complaint to the police that the incident took place at 3 am on Sunday.
