Earlier on Wednesday, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) presented its early arguments before the Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi regarding the cognizance of their complaint against Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and others in the money laundering case related to the National Herald. In the initial arguments, Additional Solicitor General (ASG) SV Raju said that money laundering becomes a crime in this case. He also said that crime had income.
