Admit Satyapal Malik in the hospital, written- the situation is very serious, not in a state of talking, CBI filed a charge sheet

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) filed a charge sheet against former Jammu and Kashmir Governor Satyapal Malik and five others in the Kiru Hydro Electric Project case on Thursday, 22 May. The agency, after three years of investigation, gave its conclusions to a special court. The charge sheet has been filed on 22 February this year after a CBI raid on Malik’s house and other properties. Meanwhile, Malik is seriously ill and his dialysis started on Wednesday.

At the same time, Satyapal Malik wrote on X that hello friends. Many of my well -wishers are coming, which I am unable to lift. Right now my condition is very bad, I am not in a condition to talk to anyone. Ram Manohar Lohia was admitted to Hospital from May 11. He was admitted to the hospital due to complaints of infection. Now the situation is very serious and kidney dialysis is being done for the last three days. His manager KS Rana said that Malik was admitted to Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital on 11 May. They are unable to urinate and complain of gas.
According to Rana, the culture test conducted on May 14 confirmed severe urinary infection and kidney failure. His situation has worsened since yesterday and now his kidney is not working at all. He is currently admitted in ICU and is struggling for his life in a state of unconsciousness. Earlier on Thursday, the CBI filed a charge sheet against the former Rajya Sabha MP in the alleged corruption case, in which civil work contracts worth about Rs 2,200 crore were given for Kiru Hydroelectric Power Project.

However, sources close to him have denied his involvement in the case and described the move as politically motivated. Malik, who has previously served as the governor of many states including Jammu and Kashmir and Goa, has often been vocal on matters of public integrity and national interest. His deteriorating health has inspired the reactions of many political and civil society leaders, who are keeping a close watch on both his medical and legal conditions.
