The arrest of YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra, who spy for Pakistan, has brought back memories of the Madhuri Gupta case. It was here that a dangerous relationship started. Investigation also revealed that 52 -year -old Madhuri Gupta was at the time of “Jim”, a 52 -year -old Madhuri Gupta, a Blackberry phone in his residence and was in constant contact with Jamshed and Rana. Madhuri Gupta was so impressed with Jamshed that she had expressed her desire to marry her by adopting the religion of Islam and visiting Istanbul. According to a report by the English newspaper Times of India, about six dozen emails were recovered from IDs like [email protected] and [email protected] which were created by Pakistani agents. The transcript had revealed that Jamshed and his senior officer Mudassar Raza Raza were the batchmate of the then Pak Home Minister Rehman Malik. He took advantage of Madhuri Gupta’s professional unhappy and provoked it to betray her to his country. She lived alone in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan after coming out on bail. He died in October 2021 at the age of 64. He appealed against his conviction in the Delhi High Court, which was pending till the time of his death.
As far as Jyoti Malhotra is concerned, let us tell you that the people associated with Pakistani intelligence agencies were preparing him as ‘his contact’. This claim is made by Hisar Superintendent of Police Shashank Kumar Sawan. He said, “This is also a (kind) war, in which he tries to pursue his narrative by connecting the influencer with him.” During the travel blogging, Jyoti came in contact with Ehsan-ur-Rahim alias Danish, an employee of Pakistan High Commission in Delhi and got caught in a trap of easian. He took Danish’s mobile number. Both of them started talking. He then traveled to Pakistan twice. According to reports, Jyoti has also traveled to Dubai, Thailand, Indonesia, Nepal, Bhutan, China and Bangladesh. Hisar SP Shashank Kumar has said that his bank accounts and foreign visits, especially Pakistan, China and Kashmir, are being investigated in depth. He has also told that during interrogation, it has come to light that Jyoti has been in touch with some high profile people of Pakistan. Jyoti Malhotra was also in contact with the Pakistan High Commission officials and used to go to their programs. His visit to Pakistan was also sponsored.
Police sources also say that Jyoti Malhotra is not directly answering many questions in the inquiry. It is being told that his social media videos were just to show one of his aspects. While she regularly used encrypted platform to stay in touch with Pakistani agents. Investigation agencies also suspect that during Operation Sindoor, Pakistan had activated many of its sources to get information about India’s army and air activities as well as deployment. It is also being told that Pakistan’s intelligence officer Jyoti Malhotra and other agents were being used to gather information about the VIP movement in the Attari-Wagha border and Kartarpur Corridor. It is also being told that Jyoti Malhotra has no regrets on her actions and has defended a video released in favor of Pakistan during enmity between the two countries. According to sources, she is saying that she has used the right to freedom of expression.
However, it has to be seen what else else comes out in the investigation in this case. But one thing is clear whether Madhuri Gupta or Jyoti Malhotra … getting caught in the trap of Pakistan means ruining the lives of your own and loved ones.
