A case of murder of 37 -year -old real estate businessman Loknath Singh has come to light in Bengaluru. According to the police, last week, the businessman was murdered by his wife and mother -in -law on suspicion of extra marital affair.

The incident came to light on 22 March when Loknath’s body was found inside an abandoned car in the deserted area of ​​Chikkabanwara.

Loknath Singh was also suspicious in a case of fraud. The CBI is investigating the case.

Sleeping pills was added to food

According to the police, wife and mother -in -law Loknath Singh had been preparing for a long time. Seeing the opportunity, the accused first fainted the businessman by feeding the sleeping pills, then took him to a deserted place in the car and strangled him with a knife. Due to fear, the body ran away inside the car.

North Bengaluru Deputy Commissioner (DCP) Saidul Adavath said, “We got a call at 5.30 pm on 22 March, in which we got information about the dead body.

The police have arrested Loknath’s wife and mother -in -law in the murder case.

The businessman was threatening the in -laws

Loknath was in a relationship with his wife for two years, after which both of them got married in Kunigal in December. However, due to the age difference between the two, his family opposed the relationship, but both sides were not aware of the marriage.

However, soon after marriage, Loknath left his wife’s house. Two weeks ago, the woman’s family came to know about her marriage.

After this, Loknath’s wife and in-laws came to know about her second affair and illegal trade transactions. This led to the increase in quarrels between Loknath and his wife. Both also considered divorce, but Loknath started threatening his in -laws and gave them the money to face serious consequences.

Apart from this, Loknath Singh was also suspicious in a case of fraud. The CBI is investigating the case.
