The Meteorological Department has issued alert for thunderstorms and storms in 14 states of the country on Monday. Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand have an alert of hailstorm. There is also a warning of dust storm and heat in Rajasthan.

On Sunday, 6 people died due to thunderstorms and celestial lightning in Bihar. Lightning fell on 5 people, a woman died due to the grip of a tree. 4 people are injured.

The Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of rain on 17 districts of Bihar on Monday. There are rain orange in 12 districts and Yellow alert in 5 districts. Even today, a warning of lightning has also been issued.

According to the Meteorological Department, due to changes in the weather in the areas of North and East Bihar, there is a possibility of thunderstorms, rain and falling in many parts of the state for the next four days.

In the Gwalior-Chambal and Sagar division of Madhya Pradesh, the next 2 days of scorching heat is estimated. There is a heat alert in 8 districts here. There will be a thunderstorm and rain in Bhopal, Indore, Ujjain, Jabalpur, Narmadapuram divisions. On May 21 and 22, thunderstorms can run in the entire state at a speed of 30 to 50km per hour.

Rajasthan showed the effect of scorching heat on Sunday. On Sunday, Jaipur was hot than Jodhpur, Barmer and Jaisalmer. The Meteorological Center has also released a summer orange alert in the state for the next four days.

The southwest monsoon has moved forward on the South Arabian Sea, Maldives and Komorin region, the Bay of South Bengal, the Andaman Islands and the remaining parts of the Andaman Sea and some parts of the East-Central Bengal Bay. According to the weather, during the next three-four days, the South Arabian Sea, Maldives and Komorin region, the Bay of South Bengal, the Bay of Central Bengal and some parts of the North-East Bengal Bay are the right position to move forward to the Southwest monsoon.
