The dead body was thrown in the bushes after the rape and the murder The incident is on 2 January. At around 9 pm, accused Ajay kidnapped the girl. The family searched the entire village, but the girl was not found. Police detained Ajay during the investigation. During interrogation, he confessed his crime. He told that the girl was raped by taking them to the bushes. When she screamed, she was killed by pressing her mouth. The body was thrown into the bushes.
88 days hearing went on, 33 evidence presented On 13 January, a challan was presented in the court in the court. The hearing went on for 88 days. The prosecution produced 39 witnesses in the court. All confirmed the incident. Also 96 documents and 33 evidence were presented. DNA report also came positive. Special Public Prosecutor Manoj Jat put the side of the government. The court found the accused guilty on the basis of all evidence.
