Spain’s Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez said on Sunday that 500 more soldiers are being sent to deal with the fire in the forests due to the scorching heat in the country. The decision to increase the number of soldiers has been taken at a time when more than 1,400 soldiers, especially the north-western Galisia region, are busy in controlling the fire in the forests.

Along with this, airplanes to be sent from European countries are waiting for help. “The houses are still in danger, so a lockdown has been installed in some places and people are being evacuated from there,” said Ruida. The National Meteorological Agency of Spain ‘AEMET’ said that the temperature in some areas of Spain can reach 45 Celsius on Sunday.
