Krishna Kumar, who runs cyber cafes under the bank, said, ‘We did not even get a clue of loot in the bank. After the arrival of the police, we came to know that there was a robbery in the bank above.

Javed Akhtar, who runs the shop in front of the bank, said- ‘See the administration vehicles, then it was found that there was robbery in the bank. No sound of siren was heard during the bank robbery. There was no sound of shouting of bank worker or customer.

SP Ashok Mishra told- ‘The miscreants had locked all the employees in a room. Customers sitting inside also took mobile. The robbery amount is 15 lakh and about 4.5 million jewels.

‘CCTV installed in and around the bank is being investigated. A police team has been engaged in the direction of escape of criminals. He is trying to identify him.

‘We got information about the incident long later from the bank. Immediately the team of Dial 112 arrived, after which we reached the spot. Investigation is being conducted about whether the bank’s siren was working. Also there was no guard in the bank. Information will be obtained from the senior officer of the bank about this.
