2 B.Tech student dies in Kapurthala: Bike collided with railings, accident while going from Phagwara to Amritsar – Kapurthala News

Two youths from Andhra Pradesh died in a tragic road accident at Dhilwan flyover in Kapurthala district of Punjab. Police reached the spot after receiving information about the case and took the bodies of both of them and kept them in the mortuary of the general hospital for postmortem.

Accident while going to Amritsar

According to the information, the deceased have been identified as Siddharth Verma (23) and Jaswant father Sundar. Both were B.Tech students at Lovely University. The incident happened when both students were going from Phagwara towards Amritsar. His motorcycle on the Dhilwan flyover collided with the railing wall uncontrollably.

Both of them broke down on the spot

The collision in the wall of the bike was so tremendous that both of them died on the spot. ASI Paramjit Singh of Dhilwan police station said that the bodies of both the youths have been kept in the mortuary of Civil Hospital in Kapurthala. After legal action, postmortem will be handed over to the family members.
