After the Pahalgam attack, the country’s investigative agencies are now insisting on breaking the wires of Pakistan Angle as well as Pakistan’s espionage network hidden in India. To weaken Pakistan, Indian investigative agencies have raided traitors sitting inside the country.At least 12 people, including a YouTuber, have been caught in the last two weeks from Punjab, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh on charges of spying for Pakistan. Investigations have revealed that they were part of the detective network connected to the neighboring country operating in North India. Police gave this information. Six of them have been caught from Punjab and four from neighboring state of Haryana.
Among those arrested, two women, including Haryana’s YouTuber, were allegedly in touch with Pakistani officer Ehsan-ur-Rahim alias Danish posted at Pakistan High Commission in New Delhi. India expelled the Pakistani officer on 13 May due to alleged involvement in espionage. Officials said that the police investigation so far has revealed that the accused were allegedly giving sensitive information to Pakistani intelligence agencies. He said that the financial transactions of the arrested suspects are being investigated and forensic analysis of their electronic equipment.

Apart from arrests made from Punjab and Haryana, an alleged agent of Pakistan’s intelligence agency Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) was arrested on Sunday by special work force from Rampur in Uttar Pradesh. On May 4, Punjab Police arrested Falakasher Christ and Suraj Christ, who hail from Ajnala, Amritsar, arrested for the alleged role in sending sensitive information and photos of army cantonment areas and airports in the border district.
Police had said that the two accused were allegedly involved in collecting important information like army activities, Border Security Force (BSF) camps and airports, photographs and other sensitive data and sending their masters to Pakistan. On May 11, two other people, including a woman, were arrested by the Punjab Police for alleged involvement in espionage activities related to Pakistani officer Danish posted at the High Commission in Delhi.

Officials said the accused have been identified as 31 -year -old Gujala and Yameen Mohammed, who are residents of Malerkotla. According to police investigation, they (Gujala and Yameen) were receiving money through online transactions instead of sharing confidential information. During interrogation, Gujala allegedly confessed to sharing confidential information about the activities of the Indian Army with a Pakistani officer posted at Pakistan High Commission in New Delhi.
Police said Gujala revealed that she was doing this for money and the accused officer had sent her a total of Rs 30,000 through UPI twice, out of which Rs 10,000 and Rs 20,000 for the second time. Meanwhile, Punjab Police Director General Gaurav Yadav said on Monday that the police arrested two people for sharing sensitive military information with Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI.
Yadav said in a post on ‘X’, “The reliable intelligence received on May 15, 2025 indicated that Sukhpreet Singh and Karanbir Singh were sharing confidential details related to ‘Operation Sindoor’ with Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI. This information included army’s movement and major strategic places in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir.”
On May 15, Haryana Police arrested 24 -year -old Noman Ilahi from Panipat district on charges of providing sensitive information to some people in Pakistan. According to police investigation, Elahi, a resident of Kairana, Uttar Pradesh, was also in contact with her boss at ISI, Pakistan. Elahi worked as a security guard in a factory and is accused of providing sensitive information to Pakistan. He was living with his sister and brother -in -law in Hali Colony in Panipat.
A day after the arrest of Elahi, the Haryana Police arrested a 25 -year -old postgraduate student in Kaithal for allegedly having a relationship with the Pakistana intelligence agency. Devendra Singh of Guhla area of Kaithal district was arrested for posting a picture on social media with weapons. During the investigation of the case, Haryana Police came to know that Singh had gone to Pakistan on a pilgrimage in November last year.
Singh was studying postgraduate in political science from a college in Punjab. Police said that during the pilgrimage, Singh allegedly came into contact with Pakistani intelligence agents and remained in contact even after returning. According to the police, Singh has allegedly confessed to sending some pictures of Patiala Cantonment from outside.
On May 16, Haryana Police arrested YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra of Hisar on charges of giving sensitive information to Pakistan’s intelligence agency. Police said that Malhotra runs a YouTube channel called ‘Travel with Joe’. According to the police, Jyoti Malhotra was arrested from New Agrasen Extension on Friday. Police said that a case has been registered against Malhotra under the Related Sections of the Government Security Act and the Code of India. Jyoti has 3.77 lakh subscribers and 1.33 lakh followers on YouTube channel and Instagram respectively.
Police said that she was in touch with Pakistani employee Danish. According to the police, some videos of Jyoti’s visit to Pakistan on YouTube channel have been seen, including ‘Indian girl in Pakistan’, ‘Indian girl in Katas Raj temple’ and ‘Indian girl riding a luxury bus in Pakistan’. According to the FIR lodged at the Civil Lines police station in Hisar, Jyoti came into contact with Danish at Pakistan High Commission in 2023, where she went to a visa to visit the neighboring country.
Hisar Superintendent of Police Shashank Kumar Sawan said on Sunday that Jyoti was allegedly in touch with Jyoti Danish during the four -day military struggle of India and Pakistan after ‘Operation Sindoor’ and was preparing the Pakistani intelligence agency Malhotra as ‘her contact’. He said that Jyoti was sent to police custody for five days after being produced in a court on Saturday.
Sawan said, “This is also a kind of war in which he (Pakistani ISI) tries to pursue his point through influential people.” According to the police, Jyoti traveled to Pakistan and once once. Police said that Jyoti’s financial transactions and travel details are being investigated. Haryana Police said on Sunday that it arrested a 26 -year -old man from Noonh district for spying for Pakistan. Police said Armaan was arrested on Saturday for sharing information related to the Indian Army and other military activities with a neighboring country through an employee posted at the Pakistan High Commission in Delhi.
Armaan has been sent to six days police custody and alleged that he was sharing information through WhatsApp and social media forums for a long time. The Nuh police on Monday arrested a hawkhap for spying for Pakistan in a joint operation with a central agency.
The Uttar Pradesh Special Working Force (STF) on Sunday arrested an alleged agent of Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) from Tanda town in Rampur district. Shahzad was arrested by the STF’s Moradabad unit after receiving information about border cross smuggling and alleged involvement in espionage activities for ISI. STF said that Shahzad was allegedly giving sensitive information related to national security to his masters. The STF alleged that he went to Pakistan several times in the last few years and allegedly smuggled cosmetics, clothes, spices and other items from across the border.
