1. Trump is planning to abolish income tax
Trump’s next major step may be to completely eliminate income tax. They believe that the government’s expenses can be run from the income from tariffs. Trump says that between 1870–1913, America’s revenue used to come mainly from tariffs and the country was very rich during that time.
He claims that the US is earning two to three billion dollars daily due to tariffs, and it will be possible to eliminate income tax. If this happens, it will have a profound impact on global markets. World trade instability will increase.
2. Will finish optional practical training for students
Trump OPT (Optional Practical Training) program can be finished. Actually, it is easy to get H1B visa after OPT. Due to its closure, there will be a crisis of H1B visas on three lakh Indians studying in America. Currently, foreign students of Stem (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) Field can take training in American companies for 3 years after completing their studies.
